Preparing to meet the Agency

Professional agencies will think twice about who to invite to a meet in person.

We will do our best to select the right candidates based on our experience, intuition, and expertise, who will do well on the Hungarian market and worldwide.

You have to think of modeling as a business and a profession. It can be a lot of fun, but at the end of the day it is hard work that requires a lot of dedication, persistence, sobriety and preparation.

If you got it all and you feel confident about it, we will see it from the minute you step into our Agency. This will make us feel more certain about our final decision.

You don’t need to have a portfolio to be able to apply or meet us, the most important thing is to make a good impression with your appearance and personality.

Before meeting us:

• Try to keep it simple. You don’t have to show us how trendy or stylish you are. Models should have an ability be shaped in any type of way by the clients, photographers and stylists. Your outfit should reflect a relaxed, casual elegance. You can achieve this with skinny jeans and an elegant top. By casual elegance we mean your outfit should be simple, finely crafted. We don’t want you to wear something with glitters, gemstones or chains. Jeans should be skin tight or straight-leg, and your top should be solid color with no logos. Pair your outfit with high-heels. Please keep in mind that you are applying for a job, and being fashionable isn’t the same as being overdressed. 
• If possible, please avoid wearing any jewelry. It’s fine to wear a single bracelet or a ring if you really want to, but please remove all piercings before our meeting. 
• Be careful with make-up. The first thing we’ll look at is your skin and your face. Before meeting us, exfoliate your skin, put on some moisturizer and you are good to go. There is no need to apply foundation, powder, eye shadow or lipstick. If you do, we will ask you to remove it right away, so it’s better to come in free of make-up. If you really want to have a touch of make-up on, use only a little mascara on your top lashes and a clear lip gloss. Less is more.
• The other important thing is freshly washed hair. If you’ve got long hair, tie it in a ponytail, if you got bangs  / a fringe, don’t pin it up. Don’t use gel, mousse or any other styling products, perhaps only some shine spray and that’s it
• If we like your character,  we will ask you to change into your bikini, so it’s important to shave or wax before meeting us (armpits, bikini line, legs).
• Please use perfume very lightly as to not cover the whole agency with the scent, we find this very intrusive and impolite. We recommend using an unscented and colorless deodorant, and only a hint of perfume behind your ears and on your wrist.

We’re sure there are things about modeling and the fashion industry that you would like to know more about. List your questions prior to our meeting. If you are curious, open and chatty, we are sure you’ll get all the answers, which will help you to decide whether this industry is for you or not.

We’ll be sure to discuss how we feel about you and your character, if you are suitable to be a model or not, which countries you could travel to and what type of jobs you could get. 

Despite all the hard work and persistence, modeling can be very exciting, interesting and can give you many opportunities to grow and gain wonderful experiences. Successful models travel the world, meet new and interesting people, make new friends, learn new languages. Last, but not least, they can achieve industry recognition, fame and financial independence.
